Yes you have to go in two different places that are not so far from each others.
The first one is an only one shop only dedicated to retro gaming. Its name is RetroGame Shop: http://www.retrogame-shop.com/
Here is the plan: http://www.retrogame-shop.com/shop/plan.php
Second place is the video games shop quarter in Paris and there is many video games shop with retro, new and arcade corners. You have to go to BOULEVARD VOLTAIRE (Voltaire Main Street) From the REPUBLIQUE subway station. You can ask anyone after getting out from the subway station as this street is very well known. Just walk arrround an hundred meter on the right pavement.
Here is a google map link: http://maps.google.fr/maps?f=q&source=s ... 01929&z=16
Hope you will enjoy your stay in Paris.

Ps: Many shops are only opening in the afternoon as Monday is a common day off for shops in France.

Yes I know the good japanese restaurant in Paris. There are all located at RUE SAINT-ANNE near PYRAMIDE Subway Station. There you can eat suhi, shashimi, gyudon, ramen, udon, tonkatsu, okonomiyakis, and so on....

A quick location from google map:

Mackie is right,
around rue St Anne you will find many japanese restaurant,
take care if you go there friday/saturday in the evening, after 20.00, you will probably have to wait outside for a table. :?

At the moment (in August) a lot of french are on hollidays, so it could be less crowded!

Menus are around 10€ (e.g. 12 for Udon)
or more expanive if you want sashimi ^^
